Love Is Bliss
Acrylic on canvas
33 x 23”
People display their love in many different ways: through kind words, quality time, physical affection, and more. This painting is divided into a 2×2 grid, each grid box containing a member from my family spelling out the word “LOVE” with their hands, which represents how actions speak louder than words, one doesn’t need to explicitly say ‘I love you’ to make their love known, which is the case for my family. A bright and pop-art like colour scheme makes the atmosphere of the painting more uplifting and related to its meaning.
