Memories

As I entered secondary school, I gained new friends and memories, and soon I became worried that I was forgetting my old friends, the ones I had before. In this canvas painting, the flower symbolizes my memory. I try to remember both the memories I’m making everyday, and the old memories I try to recall. However, some memories do seep through the gaps and I end up losing some. The puddle at the bottom is made out of a memory dripping out of my mind. It is a real memory that I had forgotten until I saw the photo.
