A Dream Is A Wish

I got inspired when playing animal crossing: new horizons, there’s a thing you can do where you wish on a falling star shaped as konpeito candy that washes up onshore the next morning. I thought, wouldn’t it be nice if I could do that? Dream upon a wish and it’d manifest right in front of you the next day. In my hands would lie sweet wishes of forgotten dreams from so long ago, bittersweet memories of a past time.
