Open to artists of all ages who are/were from APSN Education Services Ltd or APSN Ltd, the competition offers you a space to express your ideas and tell yours stories. You are encouraged to explore any medium, including drawing, painting and more on any A2 size drawing material

Rules & Regulations


1. Eligibility

Art Without Limits is organised within the 13-19 Art Prize by TRCL, with the support of CGS International and The Business Times, with the aim of raising funds for APSN Education Services or APSN Ltd.

It is open to artists of all ages who are/were from APSN Education Services Ltd or APSN Ltd, the competition offers you a space to express your ideas and tell yours stories. Persons with Intellectual Disability from 7 years old (born from 1 Jan 2019) onwards that are/were from APSN Education Services Ltd or APSN Ltd. Participants are welcome to participate as individuals or group of up to 4 person.

Participants are required to complete the following:
• Registration Form
• Acknowledgement of the event as guardian/parent through the registration form
• Submit the physical artwork to APSN Chaoyang School (8 Ang Mo Kio Street 54, #01-01, Singapore 569185) only between 10am – 3pm, from 14 –31 July 2026 on weekdays and non-Public Holidays.

Artwork submitted must be original and should not be created more than two (2) years prior to the submission date. Artworks that have been exhibited, submitted for other competition, offered for sale, and/or published should not be submitted. Participation in this Competition is free. All Artwork submissions should not contain any obscene, vulgar or indecent reference which may offend or denigrate any race or religion. Submitting an entry into this Competition signifies acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Competition. Submissions with incomplete information will not be accepted.

2. Specifications of Entries

Each participant can submit up to two (2) entries in any medium. Artworks must be physically executed, with a minimum of A2 size (420mm x 594mm). Irregular shapes within these dimensions are acceptable. All artworks are to be framed up for submission. It can be created using any medium, including but not limited to acrylic, calligraphy, charcoal, colour pencil, crayon, markers, mixed media, oil, and watercolour. All submitted artworks must be completely dry and in a stable condition to ensure proper handling and display. Embossed artworks must not exceed 5cm in thickness. Include an image of your artwork submission (in JPEG, maximum 100MB), and a synopsis (maximum 100 words) of the work when submitting the registration form online.

3. Prizes

Winners will receive a prize in the form of Takashimaya voucher. Winners will be updated on the website and contacted by September 2026 via email. More details on the award ceremony and exhibition of the winning artworks will be shared at a later date.

4. Judging

Artworks will be judged based on concept, creativity/originality, aesthetic quality (design, composition, and colour/tones) and technical skills. Entries will be judged by a panel of art professionals, social service sector and corporate leaders. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into. The organiser reserves the right not to award any of the stipulated prizes should entries fail, in the judges’ opinion, to meet the required standards.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artworks submitted must be original works of the participants and they must be the owners of the artworks. Participants will be responsible for satisfying copyright requirements should any part of their artworks have quote(s) or reproduction(s) from other sources.

6. Ownership & Offer of Winning Artwork for Fundraising

All winning artworks, including all documents and materials submitted, shall become the property of APSN Education Services or APSN Ltd, and APSN Ltd reserves the right to retain all winning artworks and any supporting documents.

7. Return of Entries

With the exception of the winning artworks, all other submitted entries must be collected at from APSN Chaoyang School on 31 August, between 1pm – 4pm. Any entries (with the exception of prize-winning works) which are not collected within one (1) month of the announcement of results shall become the property of APSN Ltd.

8. Risk & Responsibilities

While APSN Ltd and TRCL will exercise all due care in the handling and protection of the artworks, APSN Ltd and TRCL shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever or however caused to any artwork submitted to them.

9. Privacy

The personal data held by APSN Chaoyang School and TRCL shall be kept confidential in adherence to IMDA PDPA guidelines.
