TRCL was founded in 2014 with a collective vision to create a social enterprise embodying a strong entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to continuously push the frontiers of Singapore’s arts and cultural scene.
TRCL had its beginnings from The Old Parliament House Limited and channels its philosophy of sustaining arts with business in a brand new narrative.
TRCL is built by a team of closely knit individuals with varied expertise in arts management, content creation, facilities and space management — a reservoir of knowledge and work experience spanning over sixty years.
TRCL was incorporated on 26th of March 2014 and is a registered charity with an IPC (Institutions of a Public Character) status.
