13-19 ART PRIZE 2026
Where creativity meets giving
Art gives us a way to express who we are, what we see and what matters to us.
Launched in 2021, the 13–19 Art Prize celebrates the creativity and individuality of young artists aged 13 to 19, giving them a platform to share their perspectives and have their work recognised by a wider audience. More than a competition, it connects young artists with an opportunity to use their creativity to give back to the community.
This year, Art Without Limits returns as a dedicated category, presented in partnership with APSN. The category provides APSN students with a platform to express themselves through art and have their creativity and talents celebrated alongside their peers.
The winning artworks from both categories are showcased at Ngee Ann City Atrium from 15 to 25 October 2026. View the artworks online and place your bid here.

THE BUSINESS TIMES
BUDDING ARTISTS FUND
Empowering Young Lives. Supporting Young Dreams. Leave No Child Behind.
The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BT BAF) believes that no child with passion and potential in the arts should be held back by their circumstances.
Through structured arts programmes, workshops, camps and creative learning initiatives, BT BAF gives children and youth from underserved families the opportunity to experience the arts through fully funded programmes at The Little Arts Academy and 10 Square Youth Arts Academy.
Since its inception, BT BAF has supported more than 25,000 children and youth, giving them opportunities to experience the arts and discover talents they may never have known they had.
The arts also help children learn to work with others, overcome challenges, express themselves and build the confidence to step forward — qualities that can serve them throughout their lives.
When you bid for a 13–19 Art Prize artwork, you are helping make the arts accessible to another child or young person who may otherwise not have the opportunity to experience them.
APSN
Creating opportunities. Celebrating every individual.
Established in 1976, APSN is a social service agency dedicated to empowering individuals with mild intellectual disabilities through education, training and lifelong learning.
Through its Special Education schools, student care facilities and adult training centres, APSN provides tailored programmes that develop academic, vocational and social skills, supporting individuals from childhood into adulthood.
Art Without Limits gives APSN students a platform to express themselves, showcase their creativity and have their talents recognised alongside their peers.
Each artwork offers a glimpse into the artist’s imagination, perspective and unique way of seeing the world.
When you bid for an Art Without Limits artwork, you are supporting APSN’s work to empower individuals with mild intellectual disabilities and helping to create more opportunities for them to learn, grow and participate in the community.
