Between worlds

I was inspired by more emotional narrative maps rather than geographical. Influenced by Victor Ngai who uses composition to guide storytelling, I explored how space, composition, and light can lead viewers to my figures of God (Holy Spirit, God the father and Jesus as a Shepard boy) , strengthening the focal as the guide throughout the journey.Inspired by my connection to god, I focused on how I could convey an invisible God physically, learning that I shouldn’t try to find the “right” solution too early. The strongest ideas only emerged after repeatedly redrawing, and accepting uncertainty as part of the process.
