We are grateful to TRCL and the partners of the 13-19 Art Prize for creating a platform where our artists can be recognised for their creativity, while the proceeds help support APSN’s work in empowering persons with intellectual disabilities.”

Launched in 2021, the annual 13-19 Art Prize is organised by TRCL to recognise young artistic talent while connecting creativity with giving back. The 2026 edition was open to youths aged 13 to 19, with a physical-art category for Singapore residents and a digital-art category for participants across Southeast Asia.
“The 13-19 Art Prize gives young artists a meaningful platform to create and share what matters to them, to a wider community and audience. We are grateful to every artist, family, partner and supporter who has helped make this year’s edition a celebration of talent, generosity and community.” Elaine Tan, Director of Partnership Development, TRCL said.
Winning artworks are exhibited at Ngee Ann City Atrium and members of the public are encouraged to bid for the works through an online auction. Proceeds from the 13-19 Art Prize will support The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BT BAF), which provides arts education and programmes for underserved children and youth. Proceeds from Art Without Limits works will support APSN’s efforts to empower persons with mild intellectual disabilities through education, training and lifelong learning.

Helmi Yusof, Vice-Chairman of 13-19 Art Prize Committee and Deputy Editor, Lifestyle, The Business Times shared, “BT BAF was founded on the belief that a young person’s access to arts education should not be limited by personal circumstances. Through the 13-19 Art Prize, each winning work not only reflects an emerging artist’s voice, but also helps create learning opportunities for underserved children and youth.”
The 13-19 Art Prize is supported by Major Sponsor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd., with a cash sponsorship of $30,000, and Takashimaya Singapore Ltd. through in-kind sponsorship valued at approximately $23,350, comprising the exhibition venue, marketing collateral and shopping vouchers for prize winners.
The public auction is opened through 30 November 2026, accessible here.
